Cioffi Makes Plays Regardless of Position

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Whether it be free safety, cornerback or special teams, Rutgers junior defensive back Anthony Cioffi remains a play maker for the Scarlet Knights.

With two interceptions during a short first session Tuesday, Anthony Cioffi carried over his spring play-making days into the hottest week of training camp.

Cioffi is in a position battle with Delon Stephenson for a starting job at free safety, but both could play often when it comes to sub-packages within Joe Rossi's defensive scheme.

Scarlet Report spoke with Cioffi about his multiple roles and knack for big plays between two-a-day sessions in Piscataway.
