Rutgers Captain Hamilton Stands Behind Flood

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers team captain Darius Hamilton remains on the sidelines with a lower body injury, but he stood in the forefront Saturday in support of his head coach and teammates.

Team captain Darius Hamilton can't wait to get back on the field, but until then, he will be as active as possible while out with a lower body injury.

Hamilton did not play Saturday in a 63-13 blowout against Norfolk State, but he stood arm-in-arm with head coach Kyle Flood as the team marched confidently out of the locker room. Hamilton is now a two-time team captain for the Scarlet Knights, and he spoke after the game about his belief in the program and the diirection under Flood.
