PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- After throwing two touchdowns in a homecoming win against Kansas, Rutgers quarterback Chris Laviano critiqued his performance.

Chris Laviano got his first win as a starting quarterback as Rutgers ended a two-game losing streak with a 27-14 defeat of Kansas at High Point Solutions Stadium on a homecoming Saturday.

Laviano completed 18 of 25 passes for 201 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, and after the game he spoke about his performance, and the importance of the win.
