BREAKING: Rutgers Star WR Leonte Carroo Reinstated

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers reinstated receiver Leonte Carroo Wednesday afternoon after charges against him were dropped Tuesday evening. Carroo is available to play Saturday night against Michigan State.

Rutgers has its star receiver back Saturday night for Michigan State. The Scarlet Knights announced coach Kyle Flood's decision to reinstate Leonte Carroo after Wednesday's practice.

Carroo missed three weeks because of suspension, but is back after Rutgers said "Flood reinstated Carroo after the student-athlete agreed to the conditions of his reinstatement and after he accepted the responsibility that comes with his return to the team."

Carroo saw all charges against him dropped Tuesday evening in Piscataway Municipal Court and agreed to anger management sessions after the incident that followed a loss to Washington State. Carroo has seven catches for 181 yards and three touchdowns. He caught just one pass for six yards in last year's loss to the Spartans.
