Rutgers PG Corey Sanders Talks Jordan Relationship, Allen Iverson

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Confidence remains high for Rutgers freshman guard Corey Sanders, who projects to start immediately for the Scarlet Knights and head coach Eddie Jordan. Scarlet Report caught up with Sanders after a preseason practice to talk about his relationship with Jordan and basketball idol Allen Iverson.

Prized 2015 recruit and YouTube sensation Corey Sanders knew all about Rutgers coach Eddie Jordan's NBA history, and relationships with players like Allen Iverson and Gilbert Arenas helped draw him to the school.

Sanders is three weeks into preseason Rutgers basketball camp, and projects to replace Myles Mack as a starting guard for the Scarlet Knights. Scarlet Report caught up with Sanders for the latest on his development, and the build up to the season opener in three weeks.
