Player Reactions from Rutgers 72-59 victory.

Sophomore guard Mike Williams (18 points, 11 rebounds, 5 steals) "I'm just proud we got the win, to be honest. All of the little key things that we did with D.J. [Foreman] scoring the ball, with [Ibrahima] Diallo scoring the ball, DeShawn [Freeman] coming in providing some good minutes, Justin [Goode] coming in providing some good minutes, we all contributed and that's what I'm proud of."

Junior forward DeShawn Freeman (13 points, 4 rebounds) "My presence on the court is pretty good, helping the team-wise. I'm not saying they couldn't do it without me, because I think they could as a team, but it was just giving me the ball."

Senior guard Bishop Daniels (2 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds) "We knew what we did wrong and we knew we needed to come out and put the game away as far as on defense and getting stops and stuff. ... [Freeman] did real good. He showed a lot of people that we have a little bit of an inside presence. I think he's going to be good for us down the stretch."

Freshman wing Jonathan Laurent (3 points, 1 rebound, 17 minutes) "[A starting spot] is what I was coming in to fight for. I kind of knew that I wanted to start, so I was going to come in and work every day for that starting spot, and I earned that with hard work in practice, hard work in scrimmages. It was kindof rough in the first game, but I'll bounce back."
