All right, forget all the
recent carnage ... forget the 21 straight Big East defeats (22 if you count
UConn, which will not formally join the football league until 2004) ... forget a

and the coulda-shouldas. This a new season. With new hope.

Rutgers University football
coach Greg Schiano didn't fault Sports Illustrated for ranking his team No.‚105
of 117 in its college football preview, which hit newsstands last week.
"They're right," Schiano said. "If you look at the last two years, that's where I'd put us at too. People who don't have an intimate knowledge of what we've got going on over here don't understand that it's about to click. But I don't blame them for putting us there. If you had to bet the odds, that's a pretty smart bet."

Rutgers University football coach Greg Schiano called Jason Nugent into

football," Nugent said.

I keep receiving angry emails from fans asking why I renewed the their yearly subscription since Mike and the Big Dog's will be ending operations on May 1, 2004.
The fact is that I haven't renewed anyone's subscription. Fans have just failed to cancel their subscriptions.
When fans sign up they get a notice that subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term unless they are cancelled.
Once again, subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled. We have deliberately given fans more than a year's notice of the site's departure so that they could cancel if they so wished. However, we can't cancel the subscription for you.
If you wish to cancel or not renew, go to "My Account" and log in.
Then go to "My Subscriptions" and take the necessary actions to cancel or non renew.
