New Jersey native Tyshon Fogg will spend college at home, announcing Sunday evening that he committed to Rutgers.
The Baltimore (Md.) Calvert Hall four-star linebacker originally from Asbury Park, N.J., verbally committed to coach Chris Ash after his third unofficial visit of June.
"Yes, I committed," Fogg told Scout. "It's all good with Rutgers."
Fogg visited both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. He announced a commitment Sunday on his way back to Maryland.
The outside linebacker prospect joins Micah Clark as four-star commitments in the Rutgers class.
