When will he make his decision?

He stated that he will take all five of his visits before making a decision.

What are Rutgers chances of obtaining his services?

Although it is still early, he stated that there is a strong chance of him selecting Rutgers. One of the biggest reasons should be the fact the his best friend Anthony Miller has committed to Rutgers.

Last year, Jeremy's brother Jeff was one of the highest recruited linemen in the nation. He signed with Michigan but has since decided to transfer. Jeremy stated that his brother Jeff will probably transfer to Stanford.
