Grant was Rutgers' primary offensive weapon and an All-American candidate on special teams. Rutgers turned to Red-shirt freshman Jawuan Harris at the line of scrimmage as his replacement. Harris and running back Justin Goodwin project to return kicks at Ohio State.
Walk-on Darnell Davis stepped up for Lambert at defensive end with Myles Nash, Jimmy Hogan and Kemoko Turay as other reserves that took reps against Iowa.
