"Maryland and Virginia are the two that stand out. They were the first to recruit me, along with Rutgers, they have recruited me the hardest, and I have visited both of them. They made me feel wanted, and the coaches are great and I can tell they really want me."
Maryland is recruiting Feliciano as a defensive tackle and Virginia as an offense, and though he admits the position does not matter, he does prefer one.
"I want to play defensive tackle, but it really does not matter when it comes down to it."
While the two teams are on top, he would like to wait and see what happens down the road.
"I want to see who comes through with an offer this season. I am probably going to pick in December or early January. I don't want to pick too early and have people lose interest in me."
Should Carlos finish the season with the year he is expecting, the offers should continue to roll.
"We just had our last day of two-a-days; we just had a scrimmage on Friday, and have two this week against some pretty good teams."
