Carl Howard

College recruiters love prospects from the Garden State because of their toughness and this super defensive tackle from Matawan holds is as tough as they come. Carl Howard names his top seven schools and all have offered a scholarship.

"I'm looking at seven school right now and all seven have offered me a scholarship," said defensive tackle Carl Howard.

"Michigan State, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Maryland Syracuse and Pittsburgh are the schools I'm looking at.
