"I really wanted to go to Rutgers. They are the closest to my home. They are the closest major football program to my home. I followed them since I was a kid, I went to a lot of games. I also liked Coach Schiano. I met him at Junior day and I had been to practices. I liked him, he looks like he his really into coaching and he liked the players. Rutgers has definitely turned around a lot and they are on the rise. It is the type of program that I want to be around. I was at the Syracuse game, it was a huge win.
"Rutgers was where I wanted to, so when the offer came I just took it. I play three sports (football, wrestle, and play baseball)) and now I can concentrate on my sports."
When you visited what impressed you?
"The facilities are amazing. The weight room will be the biggest in the nation. They have a 60 yard track in the weight room. It really blew me away."
What will be your major at Rutgers.
"I am leaning towards education but I am still undecided."
How did you project as a player?
"They are undecided. It might be fullback, might be linebacker, might be outside linebacker."
What do you look forward to at Rutgers?
"Playing the Big East. A good educational experience and playing for Coach Schiano"
"Last year I played tight end, running and linebacker. I rushed for over a 1000 yards despite having a high ankle sprain for seven games. I was all shore and all county."
