We had Andrew Bynum, a 6-11 center out of New Jersey at No. 42 in the class. Way too low.
After a sweet performance at Nike and then a consistent effort (when he touched it) at the Peach Jam, you know he's a McDonald's candidate. This is a legit back-to-the-basket player who received an offer from UConn coach Jim Calhoun post-Nike.
There are guys in his class that have bigger reputations and some that are better prospects. However, you simply can't deny that he's 1) talented with high-major pivot moves 2) reminds you of Brendan Haywood 3) is a late bloomer 4) has legit size and 5) is just scratching the surface.
Heat Check – He's not in contention for top player honors but I'm not sure a Top 20 list would be complete without him.
