After the tremendous Showcase performances, Rutgers bound point guard Anthony Farmer had some time to absorb what it meant and how it will affect his future playing in the Big East. "This was a great experience," he said. "I am really excited about the chance to play with Jaron (Griffin) and play for Coach Waters."

Waters seemed pretty happy over the past week. While he watched Farmer drop down jumpers, run the New Jersey All Star offense, and saw how the floor general directed traffic effectively in transition, his smiles were evident inside the Wide World of Sports complex at Disney World.

The Rutgers coaching staff was not only supporting their two prized recruits, but also making it known like other programs they are very interested in Griffin and Farmer's teammate, Andrew Bynum, the big man who also plays with the New Jersey All Stars. Bynum is being heavily recruited and has many high majors on his list. Farmer is well aware of what Bynum could mean to the Rutgers program.

"Me and Jaron are definitely trying to convince Andrew (Bynum) to play with us (at Rutgers)," Farmer said. "We need a big man inside. Andrew would be the perfect fit."

For now, Farmer and Griffin will have to wait. Bynum plans on taking some visits before making a decision.
