The latest DB to obtain an offer from the Scarlet Knights is Kyle Wilson (DB/WR/KR, 5'9"-170lbs, 4.4 forty) from Piscataway H.S in Piscataway, New Jersey. To date, he has offers from Delaware and Richmond with strong interest from Connecticut, Syracuse, Virginia, Boston College, Penn State, and North Carolina State.

Wilson is a versatile player with speed, who plays WR, RB, KR and DB. On the track, he runs the 100M in 10.8 and the 200M in 22.2. In college, he would like to play DB in college. His versatility has also attracted the attention of Ohio State. Since his teammate, Malcolm Jenkins, has committed to the school, they noticed him on the film and they are requesting film.

Due to the fact that his best friend, Andre Dixon (RB from New Brunswick H.S - New Brunswick, NJ), is leaning towards Connecticut and its proximity to home, he states that they his leader. Rutgers and Delaware trail Connecticut for his services. Wilson likes Rutgers continuous improvement along with its proximity to home. As for Delaware, he stated that they are the only Division 1AA school that he would attend due to their success in the past few years. He also stated that they are the school that is recruiting him the hardest.

Since there are a number of schools interested in him, he will wait until after the season before scheduling any visits. Therefore, all of the schools are on the same level regarding the scheduling of visits.

One of the key factors in his decision is a good academic reputation that can open doors for him after his graduation. Playing time is also another factor. As a result, he will be checking the rosters of each school for the number of players at his position and their eligibility. Finally, he is looking for a school in close proximity to his home.

Note: Wilson's high school team is 9-0 and will be playing in the New Jersey State playoff against Linden.
