Morales talks about his recruitment

At 6'2"-245lbs, Andre Morales has the size and ability to play one of several positions at the major college level. As a result, numerous programs have express strong interest.

During the Rutgers 7-on-7 tournament and camp, there were some impressive athletes that participated. One of those athletes was Andre Morales (FB/LB/DL, 6'2"-245lbs) from Liberty HS (PA). Morales' high school team decidedly won the Rutgers 7-on-7 passing tournment. During the tournament, Morales displayed speed and quickness for a man of his size. He has been timed at 4.8 in the forty and has a 310lbs bench press.

Currently, Morales is waiting for his first written scholarship offer but he has attracted the attention of West Virginia, North Carolina State, North Carolina, Duke, Pitt, Purdue, PSU, Hofstra, UConn and Rutgers. North Carolina State and West Virginia have been paying so much attention that he feels that they will be the first schools to provide a written offer.

He lists his favorites as the following:

- Likes the coaching staff and the campus
- He attended the camps
- Likes the fan following
- Likes the size of the school
- One of his coaches attended the school.

- New facilities which are state of the art
- A lot of fan support
- He likes the warm weather

- He has not been there but he heard that they have a very good LB coach
- One of the first schools to recruit

- The stadium is great.
- Close to home
- Likes the fact that they play in the Big East.
