Baseball - Brownlie goes 21st in the draft

Rutgers right-hander Bobby Brownlie went 21st to the Chicago Cubs. Brownlie was hailed as the top college pitcher before the season, but his stock dipped after a bout of elbow tendinitis sapped some velocity and he didn't dominate as he did last summer with Team USA.
