This athletic PA QB has the ability to go deep or scramble for yardage. As a result, he is among the best duel threat QBs in the Northeast.

"I went to a junior day at Rutgers and they offered," Whitney said. "They had talked about an offer, but they wanted to give it to me in person."

Whitney camped at Notre Dame last summer.

"It was a good time," he said. "There were a lot of very good coaches the, I had a good time."

The 6-3, 215 pound, quarterback completed 90 of 175 passes for 1,430 yards and 16 touchdowns and only two interceptions. The dual-threat star also ran for 554 yards and nine touchdowns on 105 carries.
