NJ OL Tim Nolan among the state's best OLs

The 2007 recruiting class in New Jersey will be among the state's best. One of the strongest position be in line and among the state's more notable linemen is 6'4"-280lbs Timothy Nolan from Jackson Memorial H.S.

Timothy Nolan, is a 6'4 280 pound standout lineman for NJ power Jackson high school. Nolan has been a starter on the OL since his sophomore year. A team leader in the trenches, he was nominated All-County as a junior, despite missing several games in the middle of the year due to a meniscus injury. Nolan is an explosive young man capable of throwing the shot put 50', which is a great attribute in an offensive lineman.

So far Nolan has been to Rutgers on several occasions. He was at the RU-Villanova football game last year, and was in attendance for the Rutgers junior day recently. There he was able to develop a better relationship with the scarlet knight coaching staff, especially his recruiting coach Joe Susan. He defines Susan as a "cool, down-to-earth man" and has a strong interest in the Knights at this moment.

As of now, Nolan is receiving interest from Miami, Rutgers, Virginia, as well as a few others. He has been invited to junior days for all those schools. One school he would like to know more of is Penn State, for he has always liked their brand of football. Tim is a well-spoken, family valued kid who is looking to stay close to home for college. He hopes to make a splash at the upcoming Scout.com combine on April 23rd against some of the top players from the northeast.
