The Insiders' Rankings are out and Nate Robinson (who has Rutgers among his favorites) is ranked as the top defensive lineman in the nation.
And I received this note on Matt Dicken:
" Matt's just getting back from PSU, seems he had a great camp. After running two 4.4 40's, Matt was asked if he would mind running one more so they could get two watches on him. He ran it in a 4.34 ( a personal best). He also had a 9'4" standing broad jump.
On Sat, we went to a one day combine at Temple. Though it was a wet grass field Matt had one of the top three times there, running a 4.5.He also did 15 reps of 225# & had a 30.5" vertical jump.
We're looking forward to getting up to Rutgers for a visit, probably next week after Syracuse..."
Big East Football - Miami given notice under Title IX
Among the 30 are Miami (Fla.), which has the largest margin between average male and female scholarship amounts ($6,545), Kansas State ($3,895) and Notre Dame ($2,709). A 1998 clarification to Title IX by the Department of Education said the percentages of total athletic scholarship dollars awarded to male and female athletes should be within 1% of their total participation rates. If women comprise 45% of a school's athletes, they should get 44%-46% of the money.

On the new site:
Well, a long time ago when you were describing the difficulties of doing what
you were doing with exit 109, I suggested that if it was cost oriented I
would be glad to pay for the services you provided. True to my word, I am
signing up for the paid portion as well as the free.
Thank all of you so much for providing a lifeline for us, even though some of
us have to enjoy it from places like Arizona. Keep up the good work and
thanks for providing one of the best boards in all collegiate sports!
