Another Guard or Two
I was emailed two new names today, the first Brandon Bell came from my Midwest recruiting guru. He saw Brandon out in Henderson, Nevada and heard that Rutgers was one of the schools interested in him. The just under six foot Bell is the younger brother of MSU's Charlie Bell. He had played at Southwestern, Detroit, but will be at Flint, Michigan, this year. He is a true point guard who can dish and penetrate. He will need to improve his accuracy from the top of key. Marquette is really giving him the full court press. The second is NYC product Sammy Mejia, a 6'5" two guard who is a fifth year at Storm Prep, Cornwall on Hudson, NY. Mejia is exploding and being looked at by the world including Rutgers. He is an athletic ballhandler and passer that can really light it up like a neon sign.
