Nicholls sets-up second visit

Ely DT Dontee Nicholls is a 6'2 300 lb force on the defensive side of the ball. His combination of size, speed, strength and agility make him one of the more touted prospects in South Florida. He and his head coach are now in process of setting up visits.

Dontee Nicholls remains one of the most coveted DT in the country. And the fact that he has 26 offers is a testament to what recruiters think of his skills. "I am still getting a lot of attention. It seems like I am getting calls and mail everyday".

And one constant caller to Nicholls is Rutgers Coach Darren Rizzi. "Coach Rizzi called tonight. We spoke for a little bit tonight. I am going to call him again tomorrow to talk some more".

And it seems that they have a good relationship going, for Nicholls has set-up an official visit to Rutgers. "I'll be heading up there for the weekend of December 17th. It is my second visit set. I look forward to that one".

Nicholls has already set-up a visit to Auburn for October 13th. That visit he will take with close friend, Boyd Anderson LB Josh Bynes. "Josh is one of my closer friends. He and I have talked about maybe going to school together. But right now I am completely open to everyone. I just need to visit schools".

Nicholls does not know who the other 3-visits will be quite yet. He is looking for a school with a strong communications and journalism program. He also is searching for a personal fit with a coaching staff, as well as cohesion amongst the players and staff.
