Spence focuses on team

LB Sean Spence is a 6'0 200 lb tackling machine. His combination of speed, athleticism and toughness has created interest from programs across the country. His football IQ, instincts, and tackling skills are amongst the best in the nation. This total package player is one to keep an eye out for in the future.

Miami Northwestern LB Sean Spence, one of the top LB in the state of Florida stands at eight offers. He lists them from Alabama, Ole Miss, Minnesota, Rutgers, Miami, FIU, UCF, and North Carolina. "Right now I have been getting a lot of text messages from different coaches. The coaches at UCF, Alabama, North Carolina, Miami, and some others have been keeping in touch".

When asked to name a leader or give perspective on his relationships with recruiters, Spence stated "Right now, I am just focused on our football team at Miami Northwestern. We can have a special year. We have a lot of guys working out hard and doing drills. We are just focused on this team right now. I am open to everyone and have no leader at this point".

Spence states that his team is looking strong and motivated. As a by-product, some of the outstanding talent is parlaying their skills in to offers. "On our defense, Marcus Forston just got an offer from USC. LB Quevan Taylor got his first two offers recently. On offense, Jacory (Harris), Aldarius (Johnson), and Tommy (Streeter) are working hard with the team as well and being leaders".

Spence, who missed the recent Miami Spring game to visit his brother at FAMU, stated that he has interest in Florida State, but did not visit the campus on his trip to Tallahassee.

He will wait till after the May evaluation period to determine where he will camp this spring.
