Football - Army looks ahead to Rutgers
One of the oldest rivalries in all of college football will be renewed on Saturday when Army heads south down I-95 to battle metro foe Rutgers at Rutgers Stadium. Both teams have struggled in the early going and enter Saturday's tilt searching for their first victory of the season. While Rutgers has stumbled out of the gate with setbacks to Villanova (37-19) and Buffalo (34-11), Army's 2002 campaign began on a sour note with a disappointing loss to Holy Cross (30-21) last week.
Army Looks For First Win At Rutgers :: Longtime Metropolitan New York Rivalry Renewed
The second full weekend of the year brought more big changes to the Bottom 10. Arkansas State obviously didn't want to remain the No.1 Bottom 10 team, which opened the door for Rutgers. Maybe the Scarlet Knights can hang on to the elusive honor for more than a week.

Football Recruiting - Robinson drops Knights off list of top contenders
Nate Robinson, a 6'4", 315-pounder from Irvington, N.J., who is considered by many the top DT prospect in the nation, was at the game where Rutgers got mauled by 1-AA Villanova. Robinson has already scheduled visits to Miami and Michigan State, and wasn't too impressed by what he witnessed against the Wildcats. "Yeah, that was pretty tough to see," says Robinson, whose top five is now Miami, North Carolina, Michigan State, Virginia and Nebraska.

It was nice to Rashod Kent on TV standing on the side line at the
HOUSTON-DALLAS Monday PM football. We have something to crow about.
Unfortunately we are staring at an 0 - 12 season. Things are getting worse, not better. I wonder what effect RU not having a President in place is affecting the total RU organization (academics and athletics)? I'm afraid Coach Schiano,
while not having the experience to handle such a daunting position, has surrounded himself with Ass't Coachs who apparently are also not savvy enough to truly guide him. This Team is ill prepared to take the field and worse yet, Coach Schiano is not making the necessary adjustments during the game.
