Rutgers captain and All-American Eric Foster has been one of the many components that has driven Rutgers success. His work ethic and determination has developed him from a 220lb LB, as a freshman, to a 270lbs DT who causes havoc on opposing offenses.
These attributes were development in his earlier years in Homestead, where they were evident at a young age.
During the Rutgers Football camp, SOR had a chance to speak to Foster's high school line coach who also coached him at the Pee-Wee level. During the interview, Coach Greg Franklin discusses how these attributes were seen in his early years and the work ethic that has fueled him to All-American status.
