Williams has 2 visits done, more after season

Three star TE prospect Quentin Williams has received over 20 offers and has completed official visits to BC and Stanford. After the football season, he plans on visiting Rutgers. See what Williams has to say about the process to date.

Tight end Quentin Williams has received over 20 offers and has received the most interest from Stanford, Boston College, Rutgers, Northwestern, Georgia Tech, and Virginia Tech.

The three star prospect has attended camp at Boston College and been on an official visit. He's been to a Michigan State camp and an official visit with Stanford. He's also been on unofficial visits to Rutgers and Northwestern, where his brother plays outside linebacker.

"I love Stanford and I had a connection with the people," he said. "The school is hard to pass up. I also liked BC. I haven't been to Virginia Tech or Georgia Tech yet, I just talked to them a little bit but I don't have a real feel for those schools. I plan on visiting them after the season."

The Central Catholic tight end did have some pleasant things to say about the Scarlet Knights.

"I love the coaches," Williams said. "They're great guys, coach Schiano is a very respectful person. I plan on visiting them after the season."

Education will factor into his decision. He wants to go to a school where he can develop as a person, and where the team has a good coach that wants to get better. Playing time and how he fits in with the people will also play a major role.

"I don't want to commit too early, he said. "I'm not really sure when, I'm just playing it by ear, I want to see more schools."
