"Rutgers just blew me away. The visit went real well. They made us all feel real good and wanted. We had a large group of guys that had committed, and we all bonded well. We are all just looking forward to coming in next year and just keep on chopping".
While there was a large contingent of verbal commitment, there was one recruit that Timothy Wright stated had not made a commitment yet, but would fit in well at Rutgers. "There was only one kid who took a visit that was not committed, Wayne Warren, but I know he loved it up here. He fit in real well with us. I can see us balling out together for the next four years. He is a real cool kid. Well built at around 6'0 190. I think the coaches are looking at him to play safety."
Wright said what also made the visit so special was the attention to detail. "Not only was everything so nice, but it was very organized. They encouraged my family to ask a lot of questions and I thought they were honest and prepared with all the answers. We just feel very comfortable as a family. My mom especially was more than satisfied".
Wright was hosted by 1st team All-Big East WR Tiquan Underwood. "Tiquan was a great host. He told just to make sure that I work hard and stay focused. If I do those things, that I will do real well here".
Wright is already a full qualifier academically.
