Oliver talks about his visit to Rutgers

CB/RB Nyshier Oliver paid Rutgers a visit on Saturday to watch the team take part in it's spring practice. Oliver has toured the campus before, and said he left this trip with positive feelings, just like he has his previous times.

"It was a good trip," Oliver said. "Every time I go down there it's a good trip. They plan on expanding the stadium so it should be better in the future."

The St. Peter's Prep dual threat once again got a chance to talk with Schiano and the rest of the Scarlet Knights coaching staff.

"He just discussed my future," Oliver said on his meeting with the Rutgers Head Coach. "I met everyone on the coaching staff and I'm comfortable with all them."

Rutgers prospects have seemed to form a kinship with each other and the same could be said with Oliver. He got a chance to talk to Cardinal O'Hara's four star quarterback Tom Savage and four star wide out Je'Ron Strokes. They all share a common thread as they search for the program that is right for them.

"You can relate with them and it's easy to bond with them," Oliver said.

Oliver has expressed a high interest in the Knights and said nothing has changed. His top five list, which has Rutgers on top, still remains the same with the four other schools being Virginia Tech, Clemson, Penn State and Boston College.

He plans on attending a Nittany Lions and Eagles practice in the future.
