Tartacoff put together an impressive showing at the recent Scout.com Combine, impressing onlookers with a apir of sub-4.5 40-yard dashes. Indeed, after his initial 40-run, the timer, unsure of his own abilities, had to check with those familiar with the skilled Garden State prospect and ensure himself he had timed Tartacoff correctly.

"What does he normally run?"

Fortunately, Donald Forbes, who had first brought attention of Tartacoff's abilities some two years ago, was on hand.

"He normally runs in the 4.3-4.4 range."

"Oh, ok," stated the seemingly relieved timer.

JT had just ran a 4.34.

SOR had an opportunity to conduct a video interview with the rising Garden State prospect at the conclusion of the Combine.
