Matt Dicken had an outstanding game in Lower Cape Mays state consolation game with Central Regional. He rushed for 308 yards on 21 carries and had four TD's as LCM defeated Central 41-7. This broke Matt's own single game record of 276 yards set earlier this year. This also gives him a league leading 1635 yards on the season, breaking his own season record of 1336 set last year, and made him only the 15th player in South Jersey history to rush for over 4000 career yards. He now has 4140. He is the first back ever in LCM to have 1000+ yd seasons for three years. He now needs only 105 yards in his final game on Thanksgiving to break the Cape Atlantic Leagues season record of 1739.

Joe Sandberg rushed for 203 yards and a touchdown on 30 carries and had two first-half interceptions -- one in the end zone to kill a 13-play, 80-yard drive and the other on the Bergen Catholic 3 to lead Bergen Catholic to a 21-13 win over Camden Catholic.

Ira Guilford scored three touchdowns and rushed for 283 yards on 28 carries in sparking Hoboken to a 28-7 victory over Pompton Lakes in a NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 2, Group 2 opening-round game last night in Hoboken.

Rob Toresco had four touchdowns and  30-carry for 250-yard performance in Hunterdon Central's 33-6 win over Flemington. Toresco has rushed for 1,708 yards and 18 touchdowns this season.

Isaac Redman rushed for 248 yards and three touchdowns on 28 carries to lead Paulsboro to its 32nd straight victory, a 45-20 triumph over Lindenwold in an NJSIAA South Jersey, Group 1 playoff game yesterday in Paulsboro.

Alvin Bowen carried 19 times for 144 yards and a career-high three touchdowns to power Montclair to a 37-6 victory over Bloomfield.

Dorien Bryant had 123 yards on 16 carries, including a 79 yard touchdown to led Kingsway to a 21-14 upset victory over Toms River South.

James Townsend had 6 catches for 125 yards to lead Holy Cross to victory over Bishop Ahr 21-12.
