With 86 schools participating in the 2008 version of the Greg Schiano Shootout, finding young talent, with future potential was relatively easy. Below, StateofRutgers.com provides fans with an initial view of some of the top talents at the 7-on-7 competition.

Terrence Casper [6'6" 190-pounds] by way of Camden Catholic is a raw WR, with impressive physical tools. Casper will be entering his Junior season in '08.

Jerry Watters [5'11" 170-pounds], by way of Camden Catholic is a playmaking WR that was all over the field on Saturday. Watters has orally committed to Temple.

Sherrard Cadogan [6'2" 225-pounds], by way of Camden Catholic is a playmaking TE that projects as an OLB at the next level. Cadogan will be entering his Junior season in '08.

Camden Catholic QB Joe Brennan [6'4" 190-pounds] [#10] connects with Cadogan [#80]. Brennan will be entering his Junior season in '08.

Watters [left] focuses on the ball and reels in the catch.

Casper makes a move on the defense. The strider, while raw has D-1 potential and Rutgers already has their eyes on him.

Justin Renfrow [6'5" and 260-pounds], by way of William Penn Charter School [PA], wasn't just taking in some action, but was actively participating for his squad, showing impressive athleticism.

A familiar face to Rutgers fans: Khalil Wilkes, by way of St. Peters Prep [Jersey City, NJ].

Don Van Norton, by way of Conestoga [PA], stands at 6'1" and 225-pounds, and projects as a SAM at the next level.

TE/WR Nick Mastros [left] and QB Najee Tyler [right], both by way of Xaverian HS [Brooklyn, NY]. Both prospects looked outstanding in leading their team to the finals of the Greg Schiano Shootout.

DB/Ath Ricky Harris [5'11" and 190-pounds], by way of North Brunswick HS, retains his focus and reels in the catch. North Brunswick went 4 up and 1 down on the day, before succumbing to Camden Catholic in the playoffs.

UT commit Nashyer Oliver, was a playmaker on defense and ...

offense on Saturday afternoon.

Egg Harbor Township [light gray tees] provided some exciting moments in putting St. Peter's Prep away in the playoffs.

Jack Bandazian [5'8" and 180-pounds] is a rising Sophomore [i.e., will be entering his So. season in '08] that has lettered as a Fr. at Ramapo HS.

Ramapo HS QB Andrew Weiss led his team to a championship. Weiss, hearing from a number of Ivy League schools, will be entering his Senior season in '08.
