Video Interview: Antwan Lowery

Rutgers fans should need no introduction to one of the top interior linemen, not only in the state of Florida, but in the nation. The younger brother of current Rutgers LB Antonio Lowery, Antwan Lowery will be concluding his RU camp later this Tuesday. SOR caught up with the Christopher Columbus HS standout during the early stages of the RU Football Camp to talk about the very latest.

Antwan Lowery holds more than 20 scholarships offers, many of which are from very prestigious programs. The standout by way of Christopher Columbus HS has visited a few schools thus far, but is currently on his second trip to Rutgers in the last couple of months, having visited the RU Campus for the Spring Game. Lowery, the brother of current Rutgers LB Antonio Lowery, stands at 6-feet-3 and 325-pounds, and has shown an impressive burst off the line of scrimmage after the first full day of camping on Monday.

With the football season rapidly approaching, Lowery has started to narrow down his list of favorites. SOR caught up with the 4-star prospect to talk about his stay at Rutgers thus far, some of his Christopher Columbus teammates that have joined him for this trip to the Garden State, his feelings on Rutgers and the RU staff, and much more.

"The relationship that I have with the Rutgers coaching staff is like a brotherhood," stated Lowery in reference to his thoughts on the RU staff.
