JT Tartacoff is not a new name to those who follow recruiting. Since the summer of his freshman year, he made a name for himself on the camp and combine circuit by constantly being timed at 4.3 or better. Each year, he developed more physically and as a football player.
This development and on-field performance has been rewarded with his first scholarship offer from his state university - Rutgers. Many other schools such as Virginia, Syracuse and Penn State have shown strong interest. As a result, more offers are likely to be given.
Take a look at his junior highlights and see what has garnered the attention of these major programs.
