Courtney Nelson, the junior point for Tech, scored 21 points and handed out 5 assists. Teammate DaShaun Dwight hit for 20. In other Jersey news St. Augustine was blitzed by Washington's Gonzaga Prep, 70-34. It was only the third game for the Jersey kids while Gonzaga was playing it's thirteenth. In other news St. Benedict beat Oakland Tech and Leon Powe, the human rebound machine. Art Bowers hit for 24 while junior Stanley Branch did not have an outstanding game scoring 4 points and fouling out against Powe.
