Easley is a Highly-Regarded Prospect

Dominique Easley is just taking it all in as his list of suitors grows week-to-week. The super-talented defensive end is hearing from schools all around the country en route to a highly anticipated senior season. Easley is in no hurry to cut down his list at this point. In fact, according to him, everyone is even and he is open to the opportunity to learn about the host of schools recruiting him.

He mentioned, "I am up to 16 offers. Pretty much everybody has been coming up to the school for a visit. Recruiting is going good. A few of the schools I can remember visiting lately are Miami, Florida, Boston College, Rutgers, Tennessee, Syracuse, Duke and UCONN."

He also went on to state, "Georgia and South Florida have been recruiting me hard lately. They are suppossed to be coming around soon."

As for Rutgers, Dominique Easley mentioned that he has taken a trip to the banks but wouldnt get too specific about it. He did mention that Coach Flood was recruiting him and had watched him practice at his school.

When asked what he thought about his Rutgers visit, he stated, " it was alright. It looked nice".

In response to what he thinks he is best at on the football field, he said, "people say my get-off... seems like im in the offensive huddle and get off the ball real fast."

Easley has not attended any recent camps or combines and does not seem to intend to. When asked if he would camp at rutgers, he responded, "probably, im not sure exactly what I am gonna do yet."

He did mention that he has gained 15 good pounds since the season and is up to 6'3 265 solid pounds. "The extra weight just comes from me lifting and eating although I am also speed training throughout the week to get better overall.

SOR will keep you informed as to the progression of the situation.
