Opening statement:
It was good to go on the road for the first time and win. I thought our guys did a good job handling that, a tough envvironment, tough weather conditions, those kinds of things. Now we have a week to work on fundamentals to prepare for the second part of the season.

Do you feel the perception of the Big East has changed from the beginning of the year? And how?
I don't concern myself much with perception. I think our league is beyond that. Week in and week out the Big East plays very good football It's been evidenced by the record out of conference the last few years, and it continues again this year. If people have an issue with it, that's their issue.

Can you give an update on the quarterback situation?
I think Tom (Savage) is going to be ok. When you're dealing with head injuries, you're not really sure how things are going to respond. Certainly, it's not something you mess around with. I'm hoping that he feeels better and he can practice this week. If he can't, he can't, and I thought Dom Natale did a great job. He stepped in and really did what we needed him to do on really a bad weather day. What Dom did is he did not turn the ball over one time, and that's what we needed to do to win, so I thought he did an excellent job and he took care off the little things. I'm confident in both of these guys. I'm hopeful Tom can return.
