Rice vs St Rays Again
Last night Rice beat All Hallows 53-42 to earn the right to play number one seed St Raymonds Saturday for Diocesan Championship. Rice was led by senior Rutgers recruit Shagari Alleyne and juniors Arturo Dubois and Russell Robinson. The Raiders held off the smaller Gaels but needed a 6-6 performance from the line in the last 35 seconds. Alleyne who was named first team all CHSAA has also been nominated for the prestigious McDonalds All American Classic. Arturo Dubois Class 2004 is being monitored by Rutgers.
