Baltimore wing completes official visit

This week, 6'5 St. Frances Academy (MD) wing guard Tevon Saddler took his first official visit. St. Joe's had their opportunity to make a strong first impression on the talented multi-positional player.

On Thursday evening, 6'5 senior Tevon Saddler made his way north from Baltimore to Saint Joseph's for his first official visit. As of last week, in a video interview with DMV Elite, Saddler claimed planned officials to Saint Joseph's and UNC-Greensboro, with Missouri and Providence among other schools still heavily involved.

Saddler spent two days on Hawk Hill, from Thursday evening until Saturday morning. During that time, he toured campus, attended classes, and watched the Hawks practice on Saturday morning.

Following his visit to Saint Joseph's, Tevon told Hawk Hill Hardwood that "the visit was nice." Going further, Saddler commented that he liked the campus, saying "it was a good area but even better players."

Saddler is a long wing (7'2 wingspan) who has the ability to play multiple positions on the perimeter. In a July interview with Hawk Hill Hardwood, Saddler explained that he can play the one through three offensively, and defend the one through the four.

In that July interview, Tevon explained that he was looking for a school with a "family bond" and a "good atmosphere."

Tevon was not the only recruit on campus over the last couple days. Check back later today for some insight into another 2013 recruit that the Hawks are hot on the trail of.
