SLU-Missouri State Post-Game Video

ST. LOUIS — The Saint Louis University basketball team, playing without point guard Kwamain Mitchell, couldn't keep up with visiting Missouri State on Saturday night and were handed a 73-63 defeat at Chaifetz Arena.

SLU sophomore forward Willie Reed had a game-high 19 points and eight rebounds and freshman guards Christian Salecich and Justin Jordan each scored 15 points, but the Billikens (7-4) were handed their first loss at home in eight games this season.

Adam Leonard and Jermaine Mallett each scored 15 points for Missouri State, which improved to 10-0. Kyle Weems added 11 points, while Will Creekmore scored 10.
