"Everything's pretty wide open right now. I'm just gathering knowledge of each school right now."

Roberson was a bit caught off guard when the Aztecs called to offer him a scholarship.

"I wasn't expecting to them to call, but they said they're very interested in me. They said they like me more than just my running ability, they like how I can catch the ball and how I run routes. I respected that," Roberson said. "I've heard they have a good receiving corp."

Roberson ran for over 1,500 yards as a sophomore, but will miss his junior season after tearing his ACL while running track in late May. "It affected me, but I don't even know the words to use. I'm not really too hurt, because I know my team is gonna perform great this season. They have my back, but it does hurt not to participate. (The doctors) told me 9-12 months, were just gonna see how therapy goes."

"Coaches told me just to recover, they said it's ok and it's a very common injury for running backs. They've told me I'm still a favorite of theirs so that really helps."

"Im haven't put much thought into what I'm looking for in a school, but academics will play a very large role when I pick a school," Roberson said. "I'm just gonna accepting offers for now, I don't wanna hold back against any schools that wanna talk to me. I don't know when I'll decide."

"I haven't made any visits, I'll take some during senior year."
