San Jose, CA (USS Sparta- The loudest barn in the west!)---Scarbrough scores 4 goals, and assisted in 3 short handed goals, as San Jose State continued where they left off before the break in the continued quest for an undefeated season.

This was a great game for the Spartan ice men, but the lay-off showed a bit of rust as many penalties were called on SJS in the second period.

SJS skated very well, and some of the break away goals were evident of their ice masterey.

After the first goal was scored, it was "game on" as usual. SJS went on to route the Duke Blue Devils as they have done to other teams in this season.

Duke was being ruled on the ice, but they never completely gave up. Could be the mantra of east coast style of skating and play, and let us be thankful the west coast teams do not follow their style!

SJS moves onto a season record of 18-0-1, while the Dukes drop to 9-4.

San Jose State is ranked first in the ACHA D2 Western Division, and will host the ACHA Regional Tournament at the Logitech Ice Center (AKA: USS Sparta) February 17-18th.
