WAC Slate -3 BIG GAMES REMAIN!

Returning from football in the islands, the Spartans conclude the 2002 season with three huge WAC games, two of which La Tech and Fresno are at home.

These three contests could determine whether the Spartans advance to post-season play. "It could very well come down to the game between San Jose and Fresno," said SVC Bowl Director Chuck Shelton. No one doubts that the Spartans have played one of the tougher schedules in the nation.

Never mind that nine of the games will have been on the road! Get off your duff and come out and support the "Home Town Team"!

The 2002 Spartans have acquitted themselves well and have shown that if they play a complete game they can compete with almost anyone.
