Get Ready for 2010 Spring Football

After pulling in the No. 2 ranked recruiting class in the Western Athletic Conference, new San Jose State head coach Mike MacIntyre gets his first look at the team he inherited when spring practice opens on March 12. Sessions will be open to fans and media under certain restrictions. Also, there will be a new twist on the Spring Game.

In a little over three weeks new San Jose State head coach Mike MacIntyre will get his first opportunity to evaluate the team he inherited when he took over on Dec. 17, 2009. Spring practice will begin on March 12 and will be open to the public. Practice times will be posted at a later date on SJSUSpartans.com.

While practice will be open to the public and media there will be some restrictions which will also be posted on the official San Jose State Athletics website.

In a new twist on the final spring practice, the Spring Game will be held on Thursday, April 22. Start time will be posted at a later date.

The spring session will be the first chance not only for the coaches, but for fans to see incoming junior college signees Matt Faulkner, Rashad Gayden, Ja'Rodd Watson, and others.
