Philly Guard Setting up visits

St. John Neumann's star guard Earl Pettis favors three.

St. John Neumann's star guard Earl Pettis is getting his recruiting situated by starting to set up visits. The 6-foot-5 wing is known for his sweet outside touch as well as his versatility. He averaged 13 points, 6 boards and 4 assists a game last year for the Philly powerhouse. Right now Pettis' top three schools are Temple, LaSalle, and Seton Hall. Earl just recently visited Temple unofficially and came away impressed. When asked which coach Earl had the best relationship with he quickly said Coach Chaney. Earl mentioned that he will be visiting Seton Hall after his first semester ends. John Dunne is the assistant coach recruiting Earl from Seton Hall. According to Earl, Coach Louis Orr has also made a good impression on Earl. Earl said he has no preference about location. He also isn't worried about competition but has researched each school's roster. Earl will be taking his SAT's in the next coming month. He also said he is in the process of getting his GPA up to 2.5 this semester. I will follow up with Earl in winter to see how his visits went.

Shakes' take – I think Seton Hall has a chance but I have a feeling Earl will stay in Philly
