WBB: SEC Standings and Tournament Update

With just two weeks remaining in 2010-11 season, GamecockAnthem takes a look at the conference standings, the remaining schedule, and the SEC Tournament if the season ended today.

With Sunday's come-from-behind victory at Mississippi State, the South Carolina women's basketball team continued its winning ways, having won three straight and five of its last six. With Kentucky's 49-47 victory over LSU the Gamecocks moved up a spot in the SEC standings. They are still tied with Auburn for fifth after the Tigers defeated Arkansas, 64-59, Sunday. Auburn currently holds the tie-breaker over Carolina with it's 54-47 victory on January 30th, which is the last time the Gamecocks lost. The two teams will meet again in Columbia next Sunday.
