South Carolina junior outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. has a tendon injury in his left wrist.
Bradley had an MRI done Monday morning with Dr. Jeffrey Guy, medical director for University of South Carolina Athletics.
The MRI confirmed the tendon injury, which was diagnosed in Starkville, Miss. by MSU orthopedists. He will be seen by a hand specialist on Monday afternoon to set a course of treatment.
He is out indefinitely with this injury.
South Carolina sophomore outfielder Evan Marzilli was evaluated by University of South Carolina physicians on Monday morning. His information was reviewed and additional lab work was performed.
He will see a specialist on Tuesday morning for further evaluation.
Marzilli will not play in Tuesday's game vs. Liberty and he is questionable for the Auburn series.
Marzilli has a medical condition. HIPAA precludes the release of any additional information.
The USC Medical Staff does not foresee any long-term effects from this condition.
