Spring Valley Defensive End Offers His Latest

One of the more highly targeted prospects in the Columbia area and state wide, this 6-5, 235 pounder gives GamecockInsider.com an update on where he stands ...

Spring Valley, Columbia (S.C.) is home to one of the most highly regarded prospects in South Carolina. The 6-foot-five, 235-pounder already has offers from South Carolina, Clemson, Duke, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Wake Forest, and Auburn.

Mack Frost is lightening fast from his weak side defensive end position. He flies all around the field making plays. What set's Mack apart from the rest?

"My work ethic. I'm always working and I'll never quit, no matter whom my competition is I'll play well because I don't like to be beaten," he said.

Does Mack have any favorites at this time?

"I'm interested in everybody interested in me," Frost said.

Frost told TheInsiders.Com that coach Skip Holtz and Charlie Strong were his favorite recruiters to talk with. And that despite John Fabris recently dropping by his school to witness a scrimmage, he has lost interest in Georgia. A recruiting battle is well underway for the All-State player.

Frost plans to attend summer football camps at South Carolina, Virginia, and Florida.
