Major Instate Prospect Returns From USC Camp

Michael Hamlin of Lamar (S.C.) just returned from a three-day football camp at the University of South Carolina. The 6-foot-2, 185-pounder dominated the camp. Hamlin spoke to TheInsiders.Com about the camp.

"I loved it! It was a lot of fun. We did a lot of one on one stuff. I probably had 15 interceptions during camp. The coaches showed us a lot of interest," the All-State performer said.

Hamlin is currently holding on to offers from South Carolina, Clemson, and Vanderbilt. His top five consists of: South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida (Order as mentioned). He spoke to TheInsiders.Com about his current leader.

"Right now probably USC. I like their coaches. Some of their players came back to talk to us and tell how USC really is. I liked what they said," Hamlin said.

Hamlin is not sure of when he will announce and that it will be a very informed decision.

"I am looking at their depth charts and if the have my major, Sports and Fitness Management," he said.

Hamlin plans to attend summer football camps at Georgia and Tennessee.
