Clowney's Biggest Fan: Jeremy Darvin

Jeremy Darvin from Father Ryan High School in Nashville, Tenn. is quickly becoming a name to know.

Defensive tackle Jeremy Darvin has turned a few heads this fall.

At 6-foot-2, 280 lbs, the Volunteer State native has been in contact with some SEC schools including Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky.

Vandy head coach Derek Mason even paid a visit in person to speak with Darvin about a possible opportunity with the Dores.

Often, it only takes one Southeastern Conference offer to pique the other member schools' interest in a recruit, and that’s exactly what Darvin is hoping for.

He took a visit to the University of Kentucky for the University of Ohio game in early September, and plans on going to theFlorida Tennessee match-up on October 4th.

The defensive tackle has been trying to get in touch with Ole Miss, as well.

In Conference USA, Darvin camped at Western Kentucky this past summer. The Hilltoppers have always recruited the middle Tennessee area heavily. Offensive lineman Sean Conway and defensive back Prince Charles Iworah are both Father Ryan alumni who made Western Kentucky their college home.
